What models belong to the “high” class of cars?

Does the company guarantee a specific make and model of car?

Cancellation or change of reservation

How can I change the order?

Can I make changes to my reservation after payment?

Can I cancel my reservation?

Deposit

Is a deposit blocked upon receipt of a car?

How long is the deposit blocked and how fast is it unlock?

Scantri unlocks money within 2-3 days after the car is returned. Unlock money with parties to banks can occur within 30 calendar days.

What may be withholding (refund of an incomplete amount)?

  • use of additional options,
  • use of additional equipment,
  • return of the car later than agreed upon in the contract,
  • return damaged car,

Insurance

Is insurance included in the cost of renting a car and what is it covers?

The cost of renting a car includes insurance against damage and theft with a deductible (deductible amount varies by country and group).

What does not cover full insurance and basic insurance with a franchise?

Insurance does not cover:

  • damage or theft of wipers, CD-player, antenna, tires, rims, plates with registration number of the car, keys, mirrors, car bottom;
  • damage to glass, roof and interior trim;
  •  loss of documents for the car;
  • damage caused by alcohol and drug intoxication;
  • damage caused while off-road driving;
  • damage caused at the time of car transportation by sea or river transport;
  • theft or damage to personal belongings of the driver left in the car.
